He covers a lot of topics, including the recruitment of volunteers, humor in your talks, teaching styles, and other things that you can apply to your ministry. I can’t believe I just found this resource. It’s a great help for youth workers. You could even show the videos in your volunteer youth workers meetings, or better yet, post a link to them from your website and ask your volunteers to watch and comment.
