Nick just created a Squidoo Group about Christian Youth Ministry. It has a few pretty good lenses on it so far, so go check it out. Not sure what a Squidoo lens is? Here’s a description from the site:
It’s an easy-to-build, single web page that can point to blogs, favorite links, RSS feeds, Flickr photos, Google maps, eBay auctions, CafePress designs, Amazon books or music, and more. Then, when someone is looking for recommended information, fast, your lens gets him started and sends him off in the right direction. It’s a place for searchers to start, not finish.
So, go make a lens and add it to the group.
Thanks for the link. Here is a direct invitation to the group. I guess about the only difference between this invitation and just visiting the site is if they follow an invitation, and someone sets up a new account/makes lenses/earns $15, then our group’s funds get boosted, which as of today means the Blood Water Mission gets $5.
Nick, I changed the link in the post to be the invite link. That way it will work for the donation. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen a lot of $$ from my most popular squidoo lens.
That’s cool. I gave you a good star rating so maybe your lens rank will go up, and you’ll have more traffic, and more $$! Maybe this thing will take off and we’ll be gozilliionaires.
Well, perhaps at the least we’ll get some new ideas and do some good network with folks.
