I wish this would have been available to me a few years ago. I've had to learn by experience which is definitely the hard way. Having this checklist will make things a lot easier in the future. I would add to this, though, a clear understanding of the team members/students of what the behavior standards and expectations are, and what the consequences are if they are not met, including the provision for getting them sent back home if the behavior is totally unacceptable.
