Thank you so much for mentioning my Internet Safety educational resource blog on your site!!
As Regional Office of Education’s Internet Safety Coordinator, I have spear-headed online safety education and awarness in my school and entire region. I work with over 500 children weekly in a computer lab environment and write a regular newspaper column as well. I also put together a team of community leaders to brainstorm issues regarding online safety, develop curriciulms, develop presentations for parents and teachers, and have two teenagers. I suppose its rather obvious Internet Safety is very important in my life.
I put this blog together, for children, parents, teachers and law enforcement. To share some things I’ve learned along the way, as well as very important information.
Getting the word out is critically important.
