I just had to post this video because I thought it was one of the most creative things I’ve ever seen. What makes it so cool for me is the amount of time they must have put into this. It’s just different.
It’s made me start thinking about creativity. What makes something creative? Is it how different or unique it is? Is it newness? What do you think? Respond in comments, please.
Okay, I haven’t really thought of a way to use this for youth ministry, but the movie Snakes on a Plane has a sweet promo idea where you can have Samuel L. Jackson send a personalized message by phone or email to someone you know. Check it out. It’s pretty cool.
If you’re looking for some cool promotional video ideas, check out Bombay TV, where you can put subtitles to old video clips and make the characters announce pretty much anything you want. You make the video, then you can send an email to anyone telling them about it. It would be a great idea to promote activities or Bible studies. They are pretty funny, too.
They also put out a new one called futebol TV, where you can take some funny soccer clips and add subtitles, then email them to people.
Another one they have is Classik TV, where you take old black and white clips and add the subtitles. This stuff is way too much fun!
